Terms & Policies

RESERVATION POLICIES:

Set a consistent schedule and time that you know works best for you 99% of the time and stick to it. We prefer to have a minimum of 5 participants for circle practice for 10-12 week intervals. Ask for what you need and hopefully, we can help in any way that we can.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We prefer to have 10 hours’ notice but understand that there are emergencies. Chronic cancellations cannot yield the results that you signed up for therefore we must charge a full session rate.

CHECK-IN:

We start with your breath, lead with your breath, and heal with your breath.

FACILITIES:

Hybrid training sessions and travel to your location. Train during your breaks at your office, home gym, or outdoors in a park nearby. Training with a friend or partner, we have the tools to create the lifestyle and mindset you've been longing to see in the mirror.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

Indicate what your medical challenges are so we can make them your strengths. Let’s be honest about what you cannot do so we can alter what you CAN do, to the best of your ability, in the most powerful way.
